Hi, my name is Kadia Constant. I started my phlebotomy career about 5 years ago. I got started at a local hospital as a Laboratory Technician. While there, I did a phlebotomy course and did practical training. After completion, I graduated with a certificate in Phlebotomy and began practicing what I had learned.
After about 3 years I left and began working at a private laboratory. There, I have been putting into practice all that I learned at the hospital as well as learning new things along the way.
Phlebotomy is a great career and I enjoy it very much. Here, I share with you all the things I have learned, the tips and tricks, in doing phlebotomy.
